I haven constantly hungry students.
The next time I show Solyent Green I think the day of the reveal I'll have this on hand.

costume boots
These look a lot like the East German boots I bought from this company years ago. They have a generous return policy.

better lab
Today's lab was breaking ionic bonds. All classes went through it in record time. One student who has trouble reading and writing exclaimed "this if a frigging cool lab."

gloves
I was at Academy looking for gloves to lightsaber work in. I understand many people use paintball gloves. My hands are very small and I did not find any that worked. The clerk was helpful. "What do you need them for ?"
*blink* *blink*
Okay he asked. "lightsaber combat." I explained the metal rubbed and you wanted extra grip. We finally got to the weightlifting. I found the Ocelot gloves.
Good things. Medium fit my hand. Nice earthmetal jedi color as opposed to just black. Some Real leather. The tabs on wrist and back of the hand allow for a better fit.
Bad things. The wrist straps are really tight and do not seem to add to strength. The ocelot logo is clearly seen on the back.
Rubbing brown shoe polish on the tab seems to help lighten it. Time and polish should make it go away
